"I had a very bad experience with this groomer earlier this month. The groomer I had was a very young girl. She was too young to have any real grooming experience. She got my dog bathed and dried but then she called me to tell me she couldn't finish him and I had to go pick him up. When I got there he was sitting in a crate with an improperly fitted collar around his neck. You are supposed to be able to get two fingers under a dog collar. I couldn't get any finger under the collar it was way too tight. He was terrified of the groomer. He would not come out of the crate until he had a straight path to me. I was able to find a truly experienced groomer elsewhere and my dog had a successful grooming experience yesterday. Based on my recent experience with Planet Doggywood think twice before you leave your dog with them."

Val was AMAZING in regard to her patience, humor and delight in making Lola's first experience an awesome one.
