The day of my appointment, they had a cancelation so they contacted me to see if I wanted it. Our Cooper came home looking great and the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. I came across muddy paws while searching for a groomer in the Scranton location and brought him in for the first time. Not only could I believe how fantastic he looked, but you could tell how passionate they were about what they do and how they care about each and every animal that goes in there.
