"I usually get mint custard and for the past two years now when I go there the machine is not clean. You can tell because the custard comes out very gritty almost sand like. After complaining before a manager told me.it was due to the machine not being cleaned properly or at all."

"The place is filthy: Inside and the outdoor seating area. The employees shirts are dirty as well. They wear NO gloves. Ice cream was tasty but didn't settle well later on... Also, they refused to give us a cup when asked for one (we wanted to place our melted ice cream cone inside a cup. They said it was against their policy. We had to insist on receiving a cup & went twice to ask for a flimsy cup). Needs a good scrubbing!"
