"I had placed a order on 11/21 for 11/23 delivery as a suprise for a family member. I spent $95.00. On 11/23 at 11 pm I asked her if she received a delivery and she told me nothing was received . The tracking said delivered with no time stamp. I am mad I had spent that much money and it wasn't recived and am disappointed as this was the first time I used edible arrangements. I will not be ordering again."

"Unfortunately I had to throw the fruit arrangement directly in the garbage. The arrangement was not delivered by properly Marked delivery vehicle, it was delivered by a very unprofessional disheveled looking driver in a beat-up old car. there was no bow or safety seal on the package and the string that held the cellophane shut was very obviously undone and retired a few times. I am not interested in a replacement please send flowers next time."

"Website says open til 6 and I placed an order to pick up at 5.... well they really close at 5 but I didn't arrive until 530ish. They took care to hand to a nearby business so that I could still pick up when I arrived. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness and willingness to go above and beyond for my order!
