He’s been hiding scared to come out for hours since returning home when he’s usually a lively, playful, and sweet cat. Will not be returning EVER and am feeling very disgusted by whatever those monsters did to my poor cat. We’ve been to plenty of other Petsmarts before for grooming services but have never had an experience like this! I hope your establishment gets ruined by a natural disaster, shut down due to all the damages and you all go broke and unemployed for the rest of your scum lives!"
