"Very disappointed with their communication. They quoted me great rates up front but then all of the premiums changed after the fact. They put a collection out on a policy that was paid through the mortgage company. I pointed out that it had not been paid by the mortgage company but they said it was fine and they would take care of it. Next thing you know I am getting collections calls for an $86 past due payment (which is paid through escrow, not me personally). I have been trying to get all this resolved for over a month now and Nicole has told me she will call to get straightened out but still has not."

"My upstairs bathroom toilet and tub was clogged.I thought is was just clogged under my toilet when my wife and i removed the toilet water from the toilet and bathtub collapsed on my living room floor and upstairs in my small hallway destroying all my furniture and clothes, shoe etc.I was called len the plumber the just took my money.I All-State 24 hours number they gave me claim number. The damage was so bad All-State allowed my wife and family to take up residence in a residence hotel,for about 2 half months. All-State took care of us and our food market bill and mileage.IF anybody ask me i will prefer All-State.I already preferred my family to All-State years ago,now I will let anybody and everybody to get All-State home insurance."

"I had a home fire on July 29,2019. I am very dissatisfied with the misrepresentation and obscurantism of my adjuster (Amanda Morzinki) and a few other involved in my claim. Over 100 items of my personal property original descriptions was edited which caused the value to decrease. For example line item #84 original description was True religion hat ( purchased for $125). Allstate's inaccurate description was Elisa Rose hat which lowered the value to for reimbursement to $9.00. A revision was done and over $42.000.00 of inadequate pricing was noted. My out of sight list was submitting in written however some items was still edited/inadequate causing items to decrease in value. Service Master of Baltimore storage my property for 6 months, submitted a detailed invoice to Allstate. The invoice included id numbers for each item, description of how each item was clean and machinery used. Service master received over $11,000.00 for a cleaning job that never took place ( confirmed by manger Kate Boswick). While still living in my home for almost 1year with the contaminated items I reached out to My adjuster (Amanda Morzinki) for assistance once again. One week passed by before she replied which is a common practice for her. Amanda finally emailed me noted that there are no funds available and she can no longer assist me. After speaking with three other Allstate Reps. I learned that funds were still available. I'm discontent with the whole process of my claim and several disgraceful behaviors. I pray that no one has to experience this form of behavior especially while dealing with a disaster."
