The staff were very helpful and informed me of the discounts and how I could receive an additional clearance item for $1. I got two books and a tarot deck that caught my eye. They also ensured I got my military discount. Very enjoyable experience and customer service."

"i got sweaters from here for an event just to drive back 30 min and be late for the event bc they forgot to take the tags off. i asked for some type of refund or comp for the inconvenience & they said it was “against their policy”. understand it says tht on the receipt but don’t feel like it’s the customers fault the tags were on? and even when checking out i was checking the lights, the sizes, etc just to realize the security tags were still on, so dumb."

"Their products are cheaply designed and overpriced. I was sold an $80 product without being told there were no refunds. The product did not work and was a cheap design. If you're going to sell expensive products that are poorly made you should make the return policy known(not on the receipt AFTER you've already paid). You can go elsewhere for similar products of better quality. Would not recommend!"
