"So whoever the lady in charge of receiving is doesn’t even deserve 1 star. She was very rude to say the least Not everyone is blessed to have a job that they enjoy but if you have to come to work with an funcky attitude maybe she should have stayed home. Got here @8 For 8:30 appointment seen drivers go ahead of me that arrived after me it’s now 9:43 I went inside to question if they had forgotten about me and I didn’t even get to ask question at first I was met with “ what do you want “ in a very unprofessional tone then I questioned if they had forgotten about me and she was clearly frustrated with something But at the end of the day it had nothing to do with me being that they were understaffed and not only that a truck came in with damaged load"

"This one star is for the service that customers have upon entering the store we are never greeted and feel unwelcome, if it happens that the card scanner doesn't work be prepared to be yelled at to stay in line. Also, one of the cashiers is always very rude, incivilized and brusque, jjust to be modest with this description. Today I was yelled at because I wanted to make 2 transactions, I understand that this is not alllowed, but there are ways to talk to a customer. We are not animals to be treated as a herd. I ended up payimg for part of the products and my wife who was with me, stood behind me and payed separately. Where is the common sense? We both used the same depot card... other than this we love this place and the merchandise."

"Without a doubt the absolute rudest staff in a retail store that I have ever dealt with. From the woman at the service desk to the cashiers to the super aggressive forklift drivers.The only good thing about this place is Freddie in the fish department. They should send their staff to Costco to be trained."

"The cashiers are all rude and mean. I’m not expecting them to be throwing flowers to the costumers but a bare minimum of communication. That job really sucks and I feel them but no one is forcing to do that. However there is a saying that says “Fish starts smelling from the head” Management is the problem at this place Period.Needs to be replaced the whole management crew… in the end of the day employees are there to do the hours and go home…"
