"Terrible customer service, if you can get them to answer their phone you are one lucky person. An agent was to be at my house on June 18, 2019 @ 11:00 a.m. nobody showed up or called to say they were not coming. It is now July 3, 2019 and I just called to reschedule the appt., as nobody bothered calling from Transamerica office in Hagerstown, Maryland 21740. I would not use this insurance company. My husband and I have been paying on life insurance policies since we was 22 and 24. We are now 67 and 70 years old. I did have a $150,000 ins policy on my husband and they have dropped it to $35,000. Either I took that or we had no ins on him at all. How can a company just call you up and say sorry but you have no ins. after paying all those years. BS is what it is."
