"I'll give it 3 stars for the promptness in their response and for the quickness I received a refund. But, they only have the ability to do BASIC SOLID colors so be advised nothing fancy. I just wish the quickness in which they realized they couldn’t fulfill my order was as fast as they received my payment. There's no reason why it took so long to get an email with what I needed printed and no reason why you didn't reach out when you didn't receive one. I should have found out same day you couldn't fulfill my order, not the day I'm supposed to pick up. I'm inconvenienced and now have to find someone else in less time, after thinking I found someone else in ample time. Edit in response to their response: My design was together. You should have made sure there were no delays in your email and/or computer system, like you stated, since you are advertising as a "print shop". I understand that you are limited in your abilities, no one is saying that is a bad thing. My issue is the promptness upon which you told me you couldn't fulfill my order. With the reason being not that you aren't a "graphic artist", but that you never received my design at all after having me send four emails and giving me a pick up time of after 4pm Thursday after I paid you Saturday. It took that long to realize you aren't a "graphic artist"?"
