"Beware of these 2 coaches. Multiple parents on different teams watched these coaches call other players names when other coaches were not in earshot. They were also rude to parents, players and tournament staff. Very unprofessional and it reflected in their players too. They are terrible role models."

"Synergy leadership and coaches work hard to teach athletes at all levels. I am amazed at the wide range of athletes served. The owner cares about the athletes and coaches alike and works skillfully to meet everyone's needs. We are fortunate to have such an excellent organization in our area. My daughter is very happy at Synergy and is learning a ton. Great decision to get involved. For any large, competitive organization working with kids, it is easy to find ways to criticize. We have been very happy and are grateful for everyone's incredibly hard work within the organization."

"We attended their tournament and were appalled by the conditions of their "training facility". I think they pick up old couches off the side of the road and use them for team seating. It's disgusting. Their teams performed well so if that is important to ya, the teams can play."

"The absolute worst possible choice for your daughter. They don’t respond to parents, they threaten 13 year old girls, they have a ton of allegations against them, the owner is non existent and there are multiple agencies investigating them. After really trying to make this work for our daughter after being called by the police to tell us about synergy we pulled her and they never even reached out to me. That’s to me as bad as it gets and we are done and finished with this awful organization that we put our 13 year old daughter in their care. No longer and I would certainly recommend looking elsewhere immediately"

"Better options locally imo. Synergy is all about $$. Coaching is pretty good along with open gyms but bring on too many girls on teams. Understand where your girl is on the team before accepting. They also sandbag their tournament results with national teams. For example, their National 2 team won gold in the Club level tournament this year at Presidents Day Tournament in Oaks. If you’re a national team, enter the national bracket. Don’t play down and beat up on teams you should beat."
