"Looking for a new primary care doctor, so I chose one here. The building was nice and the people were nice, but the doctor was super fast with my examination. Took about 3 minutes and he began ushering me out before I even got to ask any questions, so I had to ask him to come back into the room to discuss some health concerns. They told me my optional bloodwork was free and completely covered by my insurance, until I got a $100 bill they forgot to mention. Currently sitting on over an hour hold waiting for someone to pick up the phone on a Tuesday afternoon. Main Line seems much more focused on profit than caring about their patients and their health. Edit: Tried calling the billing department as the business said to do below. They said it’s not their problem but my insurance’s, which was not true. I asked to speak to a manager and they said I’ll get a call as soon as one is available. It has been almost 3 full days since they said that, and no sign of a call."

"When you rarely need an appt. do not make the patient feel like they need to kiss your feet by reminding them not discuss anything else but your one symptom because the dr is busy! Yet the dr office will express displeasure that you don’t come in more frequently! So fed up with MainLine…"

"This practice is heartless and the office manager is rude. I wanted to become established as a new patient since my previous doctors office permanently closed unannounced. I explained to them that I am on antidepressants and would need to be seen sooner than later. The best they could do for me was January 29, 2024. I asked for a little compassion so I don’t withdraw from the antidepressants. I was told no and it wasn’t their problem if I went through withdrawal. Nice to know that people at this office don’t care if you withdrawal from antidepressants."

"Went here for a standard annual physical visit. I made sure to tell all the staff, doctor included, I wanted to be served only what was covered 100% by my insurance. At the end, due to the negligence and incompetence of the whole staff and doctor Ameer Ajaj, I received a bill of almost $300. I had never paid a cent in years for this visit as it has been always covered 100% by my insurance. They made the same mistake with my wife and provided her with services not covered 100% by the insurance. We complained about the bills and they completely ignored us. Steer clear from this place and doctor Ajaj. They are a fraud and will not operate in your best interest."

"I wish I read all the reviews before going here. I waited months for an initial appt with Dr. Henrici. She was okay. Nothing to write home about for sure. Then I needed a sick appt. I waited over an hour for the doctor on call to call me back even though they tell you it should be no longer than 20 minutes. Doctor tells me to make an appt to come get checked out and my choices are to see a nurse practitioner or wait a month to see my primary care doctor. No thank you! You are just a number here. They do not care about you as a person. No personal level of care. Do not recommend."
