"This is the only dollar tree I will ever go to again. The store is so clean and organized. There are no boxes, or carts of boxes, blocking isles. Every employee I've spoken with has been personable, polite, kind, and has had a smile on their face. Definitely a great store that focuses on keeping their employees happy. You can see in their smiles, these ladies take pride in their jobs. It's good to see that amount of positivity in one store. Very upbeat environment that makes me want to stay and shop for a while."

"Store is small and shelves a little bare, I'm sure due to delivery and a availability issues like everywhere, but the employees there are great!! They are super friendly and helpful and they remember their regular customers. There is another Dollar Tree about the same distance from me in the opposite direction but that location is terrible. It's a bigger store but the employees are never a presence in the store. I have to ring the bell repeatedly and wait forever for them to come to the register. I will always choose the Woodbury heights location !"

"I love this store!! So many variety items that you wouldn't expect at a Dollar Tree. The girl at the register with all the tattoos is the most kindest girl and I don't believe she has worked there very long but she exceeds her potential. She was at the register by herself with a long line but she kept a positive attitude and made conversation that included everyone waiting which made myself (and others) experience worth waiting in line for. I come into this store several times a week and she is always by herself it seems like. I have noticed a blondish girl working more at night now that is always working down the isles. When she worked with a brunette I never saw her and I'd ask if she was working alone and her response was No my manager is in the back and she prob won't come help me until then stores about to close. I could see the frustration in her eyes. Other then that my experience at Dollar Tree is always amazing as long as the tattoo girl is working, she goes above and beyond for everyone all while answering phones, ringing people up, and blowing up balloons. She's simply one of a kind."
