"I have been shopping regularly at this Weis location since it opened. I have always been pleased with the service and especially with the gluten free selection, as well as my experience with Weis To Go orders. But today the staff went above and beyond for me, and I am very grateful. My 4 yo suddenly needed to go to the bathroom on our way out, and I was rushing him home since we live so close. I left my purse in my shopping cart in my hurry, and once I realized that might have happened, I immediately called the store. The woman I spoke with, Roseann, must have run out to the cart corral where I had left my purse to check, since she got back to the phone very quickly. And to top it off, she even confirmed my husband who picked it up was in fact my husband by asking to talk to me. I felt so foolish leaving my purse exposed like that, but she just took care of the situation and handled everything so politely and professionally."

"Store is never staffed . Deli counter elder staff are RUDE . 1 young male is the exception - always kind and works hard . Have to check your self out and put groceries on the floor when the small 3 bag max - counter space they give you overflows -because you are shopping for a family. Absolutely no assistance. Took 15 minutes to be offered another cart but no assistance offered to get the 8 bags of groceries packed by me off the floor. While 3-4 employees stand around waiting to help all the people self scanning . This is the society we live in - we must do better . Cry you cant find help - and pay minimum wage I'll be taking my shopping to a place like whole foods who still has check out staff and also still BAGS too - I will pay more . So done with this store . If you want a human to check you out be ready to wait in a LONG SLOW line because the checker is easily in her late 60’s . Sweet but slow ."

"This goes out to the bakery department and to Liz especially! Words can not explain the sheer excitement on my sons face when he seen his cake! Liz went above and beyond to make a super Mario cake. She has so much talent and compassion to make sure it’s perfect for the customer! Thank you again Liz! This store is so lucky to have such a compassionate worker!"

"I got my twins birthday cake and smash cake from Weis bakery and it was by far the best experience and BEST CAKES EVER!!! You can tell they really took their time and worked hard on it. The cake exceeded all my expectations we got so many compliments on the taste and the cake designs. We will definitely be getting our birthday cakes from here going forward!
