"It is a good place to save money on certain items. I usually can save money on snacks. Popcorn crackers etc. Cheese products, Frozen veggies, occasional produce like Tomatoes/potatoes. But because they mostly rely on discontinued, closedated or overstocks. & their limited variety. You can't rely on always filling up your cart with deals. An example for me is ice cream novelties. I use to regularly get something I like cheaper than I can get on sale @ Acme, Shoprite etc. But lately I haven't been able to. However, since I can usually find something. Get in and out quick I give it a good rating"
"Love this grocery store! Not only are the prices reasonable but it's super clean, well organized, and the produce is always fresh."
"One of the greatest shops around. We always stop there first before hitting somewhere like acme. They don't have everything you need but they have lots and tons you didn't know you needed."
"Always a great shopping experience. Great prices. Clean store and super friendly staff. Love it there !!"
"I travel a lot back and forth from NJ to PA visiting multiple grocery outlets. Supporting, spending thousands of dollars with the franchise to the point I even have a few great business relationships with multiple outlet store owners. But, this location on Father’s Day the owners were just mean & unethical. I was embarrassed & accused of stealing after spending $350. Walking to my car the owner runs me down outside, called me a thief & threatened to call the cops. I told him I paid for everything in my cart. He didn’t believe me, I calmly walked back into the store with him where he counted my goods compared to the receipt. The count was all good not one item was stolen. He didn’t even have to decency to apologize. I was refunded for the whole purchase and left. The franchise are selling goods for people to buy at great prices but the owners are somehow concerned about what customers are doing with the goods after they buy it. They make no sense! I will still continue to support grocery outlets, but not this location. They also pick and choose who can be tax exempt which is against the law. It’s not like that’s at ANY other location. What a joke! They need to go through a tutorial again on how to properly run a business & treat customers."
