"My FAVORITE bakery ever. I have never once had anything here that I did not like. I live 45 minutes away and we manage to get here at least once every 2 months. It's always well worth the drive. Amazing desserts, super friendly staff, AND they're Swifites. I mean what else can you ask for?"

"This place is a hidden gem. I’ve been bringing my family to PDC since they first opened. I’ve never had a negative experience EVER. Everyone is always polite the owner Tracey always goes out of her way for me and my family. I recently just got married and I already knew that PDC was going to be my dessert go to. Let me tell you they went ABOVE AND BEYOND everything was phenomenal and amazing. The communication the entire time the service and the display of everything was just perfect. I would recommend them every time! Thank You PDC for everything! Everything truly came out amazing!"

"Tracey & Chris, owners of Pocono Dessert Co. are the definition of a small business putting their heart and soul into this game, and their product shows it. Our guests loved everything, and Tracey did an excellent job coming in, setting up, and making everything beautiful while the ceremony was going on. After consulting briefly in person, she was available to go over ideas and confirm pricing with me whenever I needed. Two weeks before the wedding I came in person to review final details and I had the pleasure of meeting a part of the family, and they're all lovely! Her donuts are incredible, and the varieties offered allows something for everyone! In addition to that, they make a pretty great cup of coffee! Thank you so much for everything, everything was delicious & we will continue to be regular day-to-day customers to remember how sweet they made our day.
