"I have been taking my 3 dogs here (Finleyville) for a few years now. My dogs have short hair, so I can't review the hair cuts, but the special they always have with the bath, ears, nails... ect is always good for my smooth coat dogs. I love that an appointment is not needed because it is so easy to just come in when I have time."

"I have two dogs - one a lab husky mix who is about 5 and very well socialized, started grooming often from a pup. The other is a 2 year old hound mix who is a covid baby so he’s pretty much afraid of everything when it comes to grooming. Other groomers have refused to take him due to his fear aggression but I brought him to Candelore’s in white oak and they said he did so good! He came home with a nice smelling soft coat and finally got a much needed nail trim. I’ll definitely keep coming back with both my furbabies - also love the convenience of no appointments needed!"

"I took my dog to the one in Elizabeth probably 5 months ago and they were amazing with him. My boy can be quite difficult and they were great. However, I took him to White Oak yesterday because Elizabeth was closed. As soon as they took my boy to the back I heard one of the girls say "Oh my god I hate Cocker spaniels". There was silence like she was told I was still there but that's just me assuming. She was also doing a dog's hair which very well could have been a cocker. But after the silence her tone changed a little and she said "it was because of the folds on their skin and she would still do their hair. She just doesn't like doing it." I get there are parts of everyone's job that you don't like doing but when the customer is still in the shop you keep your mouth shut. With my dog having anxiety it makes me worry about how he's going to be treated and hearing that left a bad taste. Yes I picked him up after almost 4 hours and he looks decent. So whoever did cut his hair did a decent job but the customer service in there very poor. I shouldn't have to worry about my dog being treated well because you don't like doing his hair when that is your job."
