"I have been a customer of the bakery since my 1st child. I have used them for different organizations as well. The product I received on 1/12/24 was uncalled for. My son's 13th birthday cake looked like a 3rd grader made it!! Nothing I asked for. Once we go the cake to the party location it was sunken in the middle. Once the cake was cut it was not fully done. It was heavy and doughy. The manager Wendy from the bakery said I should have toon the cake back? I am supposed to take a cake from 40 kids at a party to return? So no birthday cake for a party?? I will kindly take my business to a better establishment in the future. I have had nothing but ignorance from this store. The staff was very non responsive. Horrible experience!!"
"Aleays a decent amount of casiers open. They have a bank and lottery ,smokes counter and always fully stocked even the produce is fresh and stocked."
"Downgrading from 5 stars to 3. There was confusing signage about a special and when I asked that tall skinny manager guy about it he was rude and condescending. Items come up wrong more often at register than before. Lots more HS age kids working there, and most are much more interested in socializing than checking out or bagging groceries. The store's only noteworthy positive is they employ some people with intellectual disabilities, who are usually friendly and do meaningful work."
"Typical Giant Eagle. They have everything you could ask for and no complaints. The staff of always been nice. Just be careful of your shopping cart says the whole parking lot of slopes downhill towards the store"
"Just stop off on the way home for quick stuff. The deli is the crown jewel. The front end and cash out area is clown show. Too much talking & milling around."
