"I live close to this store , every time I go here I regret it! with the exception of Kevin in the meat dept. and Lisa in seafood everyone else is useless dead weight! this store should be closed! I was in there last night 12/04/2023 I wanted to buy salmon, I asked the person behind the counter if the fillet of salmon was fresh he stated " I work in the deli meat dept. no one tells me any thing I do not know it could have been put out today or 7 weeks ago"! REALLY this is the way you talk to a customer! then a female employee walked up I asked if she was the manager, she said no, I then asked her about the fish and the petite sirloin steak which was not out in the display, which by the was was a total mess, signs thrown all over and unorganized. Again she responded to both of my questions " I don't know" all the employees in this store should have shirts that say " I don't know"! because no one knows anything! this store has the worst customer service of ANY establishment I have ever been in! I will NEVER spend my money at this store again!"

"The Acme is pretty small and pretty jam packed. The produce section is nice with a fair amount of options, the store itself is just laid out pretty strangely. The employees here range from courteous to almost rude, stepping in front of you or getting up in your space to stock/move things without a simple "excuse me." - but I'm not going to knock the employees too hard, it's not an easy job. Prices are decent here in general."

"feel bad for the employees. management clearly abuses and uses them, underpaying and overworking, severely understaffed but blaming subordinates rather than taking responsibility. in particular had a terrible experience with a manager named "Nelson". possibly one of the rudest, most ungrateful, and horrifyingly abusive managers ive ever witnessed. this man had no problem humiliating subordinates, but doesnt mind not doing a lick of work himself. observed him during a rush where they desperately needed help, had about 100 things to do, just kept putting tags up on random shelves and taking way too long to do it. thank god i do not work here, and will never shop here again. hopefully the quality of life goes up for these employees and the managers take a cold hard look at their failures to run this store efficiently. blame it on your employees all you want, but it is you, the management, that is responsible for this massive failure."
