"Our daughter, Morgan started going to Barry in October 2023, she is now on her 2nd round of training and we are looking to schedule her again over the summer. Her strength, confidence and overall performance have increased on and off the volleyball court. Barry not only trains them physically but mentally as well. "This is actually Melissa daughter who has been going to Barry for going on 6 years now. Barry Lovelace Athletic Training Academy has gotten me to be the volleyball player I am today. With the training he does he makes sure to do workouts for your specific position in your sport. I always feel a difference in my athletic abilities only after 3 sessions. My vertical has gone up even though we don’t socialize in that kind of training for me. I am so much quicker than I used to be! Not only are the workouts amazing but Barry himself is amazing! I look forward to every lesson I have especially if I’m having a bad day! I truly believe without Barry and his training I would not be going to college for my sport.
