"I ordered an anniversary gift for my wife that was supposed to be here on Friday. It never came. I contacted Amazon and they said I have to wait up to 24 hours for the driver to deliver it. 24 hours went by it never came. I contacted Amazon and they said sorry this don’t sound right and that’s all I got from them never received my package."

"Awful!!! It's so sad that no one in management does anything about it. They deliver to wrong address every order and take a picture of the wrong address, that's crazy. The picture is what covers the driver I found out. These drivers could care less about customers receiving items and furthermore neither does Amazon or logistics. There are no consequences for the drivers that's why they continue to do this to the customers. They need to let go of this warehouse they are truly messing up Amazon's brand."

"I wouldn’t even give this place one star I ordered a package that had cat food in it and it’s a non-returnable item. Delivery driver never put it in a bag in the box was soaking wet when I picked it up the cat food fell out of the bottom of the box while trying to get it off of the porch. They didn’t even put a bag around the box so the item wouldn’t get damaged. I am very disappointed because I cannot use this cat food. It is completely soaked."

"Only posting 5 stars so people see this. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I ordered a blue XL shirt. They delivered a L gray shirt. How do you confuse that? I ordered nipples for my infant sons bottles. I received a message saying it was delivered. Do you think I got them? I never had problems before but this is back to back. I spent MY money for these products. I want what I paid for. They don’t even have a phone number listed so I can get to the bottom of it."
