"Literally stole $175 from my company. Called and needed a ride for one of my employees who was stranded after delivering a car. They gave my number to the driver who called and agreed to pick her up. He demanded to be paid by CashApp which should've told me I was about to get scammed but I had little choice and proceeded as she needed a ride. He told us he was coming, then never showed and ignored my calls. Today he said "I will get you back on payday." Not even unprofessional, just professional thrives"

"Driver had an attitude and made a slick remark about the cost of the fare (a short trip). Have been a loyal and frequent customer for about eight years. Never going to use them again. Lost a customer."

"They have their days when they show quick. But they not as good as they use to. Everytime I call (no matter how early) I find myself waiting an hour to get to work (so now I'm late). When I first l call dispatch he say 20 25 mins then 10mins then 15mins. I usually call Lyft now but sometimes I find myself needing a taxi and it's always a gamble will I be on time today? As I said they have moments they're on time."
