Family Dollar

"Christmas Eve last minute shopping. Gotta love family dollar for random inspiration on gifts you didn't know they needed. Friendly staff, mostly organized for being the night before a holiday, can't ask for much more."

"My experience here was nothing short of a nightmare. I was accused of trying to steal. Approached my Deidra (family dollar worker) as my 9year old stood beside me looking for picture frames. Deidra states that Keira(family dollar worker) told her “I SAID” I was about to steal. When I responded to her approach Deidra then begin to get irate with me and said she’d call some other worker who I patiently waited to come forth but never came. Deidra then called the police when I said I’d wait for the other staff to explain how accusations were being made off of supposed “hear say” . Long story short I waited for cops made a report and I will be taking this further. Customer service has been great with a gentlemen and another woman who was once there. I will no longer patronize this family dollar. I’ve never stolen in my life and there I was being harassed. Lord give me strength"

"Do not go to this store the one in Sharon Hill is so much better and they are actually nice to their customers. The Folcroft store is really dirty and the manger is very unprofessional. They wouldn’t let me return an item because the receipt they printed for me had a faded barcode. The manager then carried my item (a coffe table ) Now I really can’t use it because he damaged the corner of the table. I go to family dollar at least 3 times a week and always spend a descent amount of money. I guess it’s their loss. I will be going to dollar general from now on. It’s a lot cleaner and organized. Happy Holidays to the grumpy ignorant manager. Some people don’t use their powers right. What a loser."

"Just recently reopened after fire. Seemed smaller then the old store and i think they were still filling shelves with product. But still a good store for savings"
