"I decided today I will no longer shop at this store!!! This morning I had issues with a cashier not wanting to do their job. The sad part the front-end manager was standing right there and didn't once check her staff. They looked the same age so of course they don't care or going to take the person seriously!! I got home my groceries weren't bagged right at all. Frozen items are with the nonfrozen items!!! It's the lack of professionalism for me!!! It's not just the cashiers it's also the deli department too!! The sad part about it is they have no respect at all for the customers or staff!!! The deli department they are not welcoming and they are not professional either!!! Since I have been coming here the only professional ones I have come in contact with are the guys who work in produce in the morning time!! They are so respectful and helpful!!! They are always welcoming every time!!! Maybe I need to come in the afternoon after the shift change maybe I will get better customer service. I shop here in the morning time because it's not that busy. The people working here are always angry and have a bad attitude and it's sad!!! I spend too much money in this store every time I come here because it's closer to me. Today I decided I need to travel further out to receive the great customer service that I deserve!!! Please don't tell me to make another complaint because I did that already!!! You guys need to get rid of all the people that your customers are complaining about and hire people with class, professionalism, and respect!!! If you don't you guys are gonna lose a lot of customers!!!"

"Poor customer service with the light-skin skinny young girl at the counter.She was extremely rude, impatient, and condescending. I did speak to the manager about her nasty attitude. I’m old enough to be her damn mother. I’m not arguing with a little immature girl fresh out of high school that’s definitely not on my level. The manager/corporate better have a whole meeting with these dense headed young people employed at their store. Teach them about professionalism and how to speak customers. Someone like me will let my voice be heard and Karma will answer. You get what you put out!"
