"Appreciate that deer processing prices are listed on the internet. No surprises. Venison Italian sausage is wonderful. Would appreciate it if they had more of an order form when recording your requests. Usually I order light pork to the ground meat. Since they didn't ask, I got a regular amount of pork fat, which is more than I personally care for."

"May be a good butcher shop, but a terrible deer processor. I dropped my deer off and asked just for a back strap chops and the rest just primal without bone because I was going to grind at home. Got the chops right, but just wrapped up 4 shoulders with bone in and a bag of "grind" which still had fat and silver skin all in it. And worst of all they didn't clean any of the blood shot meat and there was hair all over it everything including the scrap grind bag. For $140 I feel like I just got robbed. Won't be taking deer here again."

"Was able to create this from a 15 minute shopping excursion here. Good quality meats and cheese for the charcuterie board! Don't sleep on the pepporini bread with the housemade spaghetti sauce. Straight bussin, no cap. Also the penne Alfredo was definitely worth more than $3. Can't wait to try more food."
