"Had inquired to the lead supervisor about an item, was directed to the customer service desk which there was a line at. When I got to the customer service desk after waiting. The same lead Supervisor to the woman working at the Customer service desk to have someone with an item gun to come to the service desk which they did over radio. A waste of valuable time."

"While I used to love Giant .. It's losing my favor. It's now one of most expensive markets in area. Less selection. And one of the few reasons I go is the fresh chicken rotisserie chicken salad sandwich... And they have ruined that... My sandwich had very wilted lettuce.. There's is only a third of the usual amount of chicken salad.. And no tomato.. Ok maybe I'm being overly picky but this is just pathetic. I'll stick with competition"

"Giant is a fine supermarket. My three star rating is due to the lack of staffing at registers. While there is a particular area for Self Checkout other conventional aisles are also Self Checkout. You're fortunate if there are enough cashiers to have adequate Checkout. And whatever happened to bagging by an employee? The Self Checkout scanners seem especially sensitive requiring constant visits to unlock the scanner. Hire some people Giant. You'll save money from theft and treat your customers as customers."

"Huge place. Many selections of any given items. Came here for 6 pieces of battery, they have a whole wall of all different brands and packages. Being a huge place, it took us awhile to find windshield washer, probably need a indoor gps. Staff cashier we met is extra friendly. Overall a good shopping experience."
