I did not know you could broil steaks in the oven. I have literally broiled steaks everyday since getting home from the poconos. I highlight recommend this establishment for your quality meat needs"

Mark the butcher has been in the businesses for decades. Tell him how big your company is and what they like and he’ll tell you what to buy, how much, and how to cook it. He’ll cut it for your the way you want or, if you are like us and have no idea, the best way for the cut of meat he’ll sell you. You can call and order ahead of time, if you want to skip the line. And don’t forget, the place is cash only."
