"The older long-haired blonde lady is always very rude. No matter if it’s something very simple, she always seems to have an attitude. The other people I have dealt with have been nice, but I’ve always had an attitude from her every single time I go. I understand that it gets very busy there and it’s a crazy time but customer service is part of the job as well."

"This was by far the best postal service I have ever been too. I have major disabilities, the staff Patricia was amazing, friendly and helped me understand what I was doing. I've never entered a post office with a single clue and am usually snapped at, or rushed. Patricia was absolutely caring, and beyond conpassionate towards me. I wish I lived near this post office, I come out this way for medical reasons. I'd drive 4 hours just to mail anything here!!!"

"Very difficult lady there to deal with. Tried to mail a package with return mail label provided by the merchant. Lady questioned the size of the box and the return address for no reason. Refused to send it saying label provided was not a good address. Left without sending it after waiting in line and attempting to get the package mailed. Went to California MD Post Office and mailed package without any problems. Told agent there about experience at Hollywood and they didn't know why it couldn't be mailed. Waste of time dealing with Hollywood. Terrible customer service."
