"Sent 121$ through the mail, envelope was ripped and taped back with white tape. When arrived, money was missing. This is absolutely ridiculous, the money was for my brothers birthday. Who is absolutely this heartless to take money from a man who serves our country? Where are their morals and integrity? Would not recommend."

"Two young men at the counter were so useless especially the one he wouldn’t help me and then when I left I forgot my wallet I came back in and he just points at it when it’s on his side of the counter and I have to ask him to hand it to me ! "The older lady who’s always working on the far left is consistently rude, always throws my packages when they’re marked as fragile, and is never welcoming. I see multiple reviews stating the same thing. You could shower in kindness and give her a million dollars and she’d still cut you off when you’re talking and being completely nice. I dread coming to this post office because I know almost every time I’m going to have to deal with someone who acts utterly miserable every time."

"Extremely rude lady at the front. She rushed me as she glared at me several times when I was trying to understand how to ship my international package. Online, it says a completely different price to ship compared to the prices inside the usps store. Unfortunately, instead of her explaining this to me she dismissed my questions and made me feel unwelcome to ship my package. Although the customer service is usually awesome, this worker ruined my experience today."
