Shipping Station

"this place is a joke. they don't provide a receipt when dropping off a package. the lady (or man) i couldn't tell the difference, was rude and gave me attitude when i asked for a receipt. the response i got was "we don't give receipts". i took my package and left. i would't trust shipping anything out from this place."

"I went in with a package. I told the gentleman at the courter it had to be at the final destination by Monday. He said UPS had not gone out yet, it was 4pm and if I sent it UPS he guaranteed it would be there by Friday. Friday come and went no delivery. Monday comes and now UPS tracking is not giving any information about my package. I call shipping station and the same guy tells me he would NEVER do that because the package went ground. AND told me to HOLD because he has customers. ummm I WAS A CUSTOMER and paid and now need help and you are to busy. OK NO PROBLEM. IF YOU USE THEM PLAN ON FIGURING EVERYTHING OUT YOURSELF BECAUE ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR $$$ THEY WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU!!!!!"

"Amazing. Had a very difficult large and heavy item to package and ship. They did an amazing job packing. It. Extreme care was taken to ensure safe arrival. They went above and beyond with a complex transaction that anyone else would not have attempted. Very fairly priced. No corners were cut with packing . Highly recommend."

"I had to ship artwork to California and the staff was so helpful! I had to ship other items as well and brought in right before closing and they were so helpful and polite! They wanted to make sure I was using the best and most cost-effective packaging and shipping methods. Thank you!"

"Mailed multiple packages with them and the were beyond rude about it. I used them as I run a small business and had packages for USPS, UPS & FedEx that day. They have ZERO receipt got an attitude and made smart remarks about how many packages it was. (It was like 20 but still all were prepaid and all they had to do was sit them behind the desk and wait for pickup which UPS was there at that time) not only was the experience awful a buyers package got lost at the store and since they gave me no receipt for drop off I’m out my product and the money as I had to refund the buyer. Just take the time to go to each one it’s not worth the belittling."
