"Most of workers here are quite friendly in my experience, however I’m getting a bit annoyed with the delivery drivers randomly deciding not to deliver my packages. On several instances, they decide they don’t feel like walking up my driveway, and take the package to the office without any specified reason. Go to the post office to pick it up, and get asked accusingly, “you missed her?” when the cameras on my house showed that there was no actual attempt at trying to deliver. Just a slip put in my mailbox. All good, I get my package and leave. Then in other circumstances, they do the same, take it to the office, and when I attempt to pick it up the next day, I’m told they have already left with the package. The same package they hadn’t brought to my door once already, and I'm told they’re trying to “re-deliver” to my residence. Every time ‘re-delivering’ occurs, the same thing as before happens. No attempt, just a slip in the mailbox. I know this isn’t anyone’s fault specifically, It’s just getting very frustrating. I just wish if they knew they wouldn’t actually be attempting to deliver the package the second time, that they would just keep it at the post office. Instead, I’m kept guessing when I will be able to get my packages that are in most cases specific food for my animals I cannot get elsewhere."

"Automated phone service that gets u no where still trying to figure out why they need it when it's never busy in there never seen more than two people in there at once and the staff are not friendly at all I guess that's why they use a automated phone service"
