"Not very friendly and not quick to assist. If I need to mail anything, I go to the Post Office in Callaway or California. At least I haven't had issues receiving mail at my house unlike many others."

"They don’t update the status of packages until the end of the day. I pay for 1 day shipping and it was “scheduled for delivery” they updated after they closed saying “available for pickup at 1pm” if they would’ve done their job and updated throughout the day, I wouldn’t be out money spent on an item that is now too late! Thanks USPS for consistently reminding me go with FedEx and UPS when possible! I have stopped using companies because paying extra to ship FedEx or ups isn’t an option and I will continue to do so!"
"Rude customer service with newer employee. Bent my padded envelope and asked what was inside of it (as if it was her business) then proceeded to try charging me $10 for an envelope that weighed less than 1 ounce after potentially damaging it herself. The previous employee that was there last time I went was 10x better."
