"I have had several issues recently with this company losing packages and intentionally delivering packages to the incorrect apartment despite my ACTUAL apartment number being on the package. I am still waiting to hear back about 2 packages for my son’s birthday being given to an address that was not listed on the package. How did that happen? After immediately reaching out and pointing out that the proof of delivery clearly shows it was delivered to the incorrect address I have been “ghosted” and I am livid. I am now concerned that I will no longer be able to receive packages to my home. Like others in the reviews I am required to use this service because of my apartment building, and I am extremely disappointed in their customer service and lack of accountability. I will definitely be moving as soon as my lease is up. Fetch is a scam!!!"

"Fetch has been an amazing service and I've never once had a bad experience with them with 2+ years of use. Packages are always delivered on time, and never missing. I've had almost $3,000 worth of PC parts delivered through Fetch without issue. I genuinely don't understand all the 1-star reviews. People must have forgotten how much of a mess package delivery was, at least at our building, prior to Fetch. Fedex and Amazon would literally leave whole crates of packages abandoned in the mailrooms, by the elevators, in the hallways, in the loading docks, and even in the trash rooms. Whatever issues people have with the occasional Fetch package going missing (I have not had this happen personally), the system we had before was WAY worse. Plus, every time I've ever had to contact Fetch support, I've gotten same-day responses and literally daily followups from their team until the issue is resolved (usually me putting the wrong address on my package by mistake). Fetch is not perfect, but they do an amazing job and the employees work damn hard. I would recommend Fetch to any apartment community."

"Fetch lost my package. It was an overaized package and not only did i schedule it but they came early and I wasn't home. They didnt bring it inside but called me on the call box? Let them in and just bounced with it, when they have access to the building, and I am forced to pay for thier service. When making a claim for the value of the item, they would only reimburse the shipping and not the cost I insured the package at."

I prefer Fetch to other delivery services that leave packages scattered around my apartment building, where they risk being lost or stolen. I’ve been using Fetch for a few months now and have received numerous packages in that time, each one delivered promptly."
