Potomac Water Taxi - Alexandria

"Reasonable water taxi from Georgetown to Alexandria to National Harbor. The vessel has a lower level a/c cabin and bathroom, and an open-air upper deck offering wide open unobstructed views. Perfect to get an overview and see the waterways and snap some good photos."

"Great experience on the Miss Mallory getting a tour from Alexandria to Georgetown and back. It was really nice to be able to sit up top, and on the sides so I could get 360* great views! The audio part of the tour was really interesting and as soon as I thought of a question, it was answered. My only suggestion would be somehow a way to connect my headphones to the tour so I could hear better when the planes were overhead, or babies were babbling inside. It was also perfect that inside there was AC, a snack bar, and restrooms. The trip is the perfect length for everyone. I also loved that I was able to book my return trip later than my arrival so I could explore georgetown for a couple hours before returning. Will definitely do again when more friends and family come to visit!"

"Ticket booth staff, the boat and crew are very nice. The Water Taxi ride from Alexandria to Georgetown, called “Monument Tour,” was pleasant, with a good audio overview of the sights and monuments. We had a bit of confusion with schedule (largely of my own making), not realizing that the round trip tickets we had left us no time to spend in Georgetown. That was a little downer. But the customer service representative I called went out of her way trying to help and refunded part of the money. Very kind people."
