It took the company 5 days to get back to me on the quotes, and I found all of them to be fairly substantially higher than anticipated. Wish I could get my money back, but lesson learned. I think part of their business model assumes many clients will solicit the estimate, shocked at the cost, and decide to go elsewhere. The gentleman who came out to my house was very nice though. Example of estimate: $200 dollars labor to install a window blind. Client provides the materials, and Handyman will install the screws for two-hundred. Seems suspect."
