"Yesterday my car started overheating on the way back to Silver Spring from Baltimore. I pulled over and looked up nearby auto shops that were open (at 7pm on a Friday). Bills was open, so I called and they said to bring it in. When I got there, they looked at it right away, and quickly diagnosed the problem (fan not working). They said I was safe to drive home (without AC) and I could replace the fan with them or a closer place. They charged me nothing. It was a real life saver, and I really appreciate it."
