"We found him easy to work with, efficient, and respectful. He was very considerate - both of our time and our house. He was always prompt for appointments when we met to discuss the project and would always ask before working on weekends or later into the evening if it came to that. He also had some things he'd put on his shoes to protect the rest of the house, which I appreciated. Zoran did a lot of work - we initially asked him to replace the bathroom floor tiles, tub, and wall tiles, and paint. Through the process of things, he also replaced the sub-floor under the tiles, had to work around the fact that the supporting studs for the tub were rusted, that the drain piping was also rusted to the original tub, and also assisted us when we decided to move the vanity from the main bathroom to our second bathroom, replace the mirror, install a new vanity, add shelves, and a towel rack. Through all the extra work, he only really charged us for the vanity and mirror (which he bought and picked up for us) and some labor on top of the original quote - despite the fact that it took him a day (and some fancy piping) to compensate for the different vanity location (the original was against the right wall and 24", the one from the master was 36", with the sink on the left, so the drain wasn't aligned at all). In the end, his work was very clean and complete - he took a lot of things into consideration that we simply didn't think about when we requested it."
