"I had been taking my dog here since he was a pup to get his nails trimmed. I hated that I had to hold him while the tech did it because he is not a fan of getting his nails trimmed. The last time I was there the tech aggressively pulled his left hind leg out laterally, he was crying because 1. He doesn't like his nails clipped, 2. There were a bunch of dogs barking and crying and 3. He could sense that she was having a bad day or whatever and wasn't in a great mood. I didn't like how aggressive she was and how she pulled his leg out. I'm not saying she caused it, but he has been limping on his left hip and may have a ccl tear. I now take him to PetSmart, I pay more, but they put him in a harness and clip his nails and I don't have to hold him or worry about them hurting him or causing any harm. It's sad, I like going there because it was close to home and I like to support local businesses. But I will not be returning."

"I’ve been bringing my dogs here for quite a bit now and have never had any problems. They cut their hair really well and most of the staff are sweet! One however was unnecessarily rude when I tried to reschedule an appointment. I’m not confrontational so usually I don’t write bad reviews, but she was rude for now reason. She immediately said “No, appointments only, bye.” If she had listened then maybe she would have known I was just trying to schedule for a different day. Completely unprofessional, and inappropriate behavior from a grown woman."

"Friendly staff. We went for a nail trim & were able to walk in & out in less than 30 minutes! If you knew how skittish Athena is about getting her nails done, you'd be amazed, too. We will definitely be back and maybe next time we'll try a full spa day!"
