"I was referred to Dr. Williams for Physical Therapy for extreme neck and shoulder pain. Dr. Williams saw me very quickly and I was grateful for that. He listened to my explanation of pain and areas it was radiating too. He came up with a Physical therapy plan to follow, he did some massage and ice therapy as well. I was stressed and in pain and he completely put me at ease. He was very insistent that I understand how to do the exercises and made modifications as necessary as treatment went on.
