"I’m a regular costumer at Cole Hana, but today is the first time I’ve been at this location (Potomac mills) and I bought 2 two pairs of shoes because I really like this brand, however the girl who works at this location (tall girl) she’s terrible, she’s seems she to hate that the customer comes inside the store, so the customer service is disastrous, she barely opens her mouth to answer the question or much less thank you for your purchase, I would never keep in my company an employee who seems to be being forced to be there, if the store sells well, it could be selling a LOT more if they had better customer service. The opportunity to work should be given to those who know how to work with dedication, respect and love for what they do. ✅"
