"Shipment was a week late and I called everyday to see when it would arrive. Was told everyday for a week I would hear from someone in 24 hours to let me know when it would arrive but didn’t hear anything for a week. Driver was suppose to call 30 minutes before arriving never called and just delivered it ( luckily someone was home). Would not recommend using this company for shipping!"

"We have had two deliveries thru HUB Group, which then contracts out to another freight hauler, which sometimes contracts out to another freight hauler. On both deliveries, the driver and worker did not have a box cutter or any tools to put what we purchased together. We had to supply all of this. The first delivery was not accepted due to the driver and worker shoving the product through our door and scratching both sides of the product, we refused delivery. Then when leaving our property, the driver backed up and down the driveway trying to get out and pulled two trees along the side of the driveway completely out of the ground. He knew he did this as he was driving forward when he uprooted the trees. He never said a word and kept driving and left our property. We are now jumping through hoops to get everything they are asking for to pay for the damages. We had been growing these trees since early 2000. If you can avoid using the HUB Group, please do."

"The delivery men were prompt and very courteous. They had a problem getting the couch through the door but figured it out without any damage to the furniture. They gave me a half hour notice and were here with in that time. Would recommend those 2 men to deliver your product. MT"

"We had ordered Serta mattress and foundation that was all in one order delivery. We received it early in the morning around 8am. The delivery guys they set it up in the bedroom where we wanted it to be. They did not had any shoe-covers to wear and walk inside the house. Their shoes were dirty and we were worried about our carpet, fortunately we had spare 2 pairs of shoe-covers and we gave it to them. After they left we noticed that there were 2 feet wide scratch lines on our white wall that happened during the installation. We had to repaint the wall area to cover those scratches. I appreciate the call they made just before the delivery, but the installation was very roughly done and are not considerate about keeping shoe covers with them."

"In western NY 12/6 at 8:50 pm,,,,,,Update after 6 hour's, I was able to get a hold of NSD, and they said my sectional i ordered from 1 stop bedroom was delivered on 12/5 and get this, they stated they delivered it at the side door on the side of the house, and not the front door. So how can that be when I had paid 199 dollars for white glove delivery for them to set it up and install it? They have no documentation of it.. Lie after lie. What they don't. Realize is I have security cameras at every corner of my house that cover all driveways and every inch of the outside and cameras on the inside of the house in every room. So it's so easy to prove they never delivered it or set it up. Don't buy from any business that uses NSD as their delivery service. Attached is just a photo of one of the cameras that is on the drive way they said they came down. Lie. And have 12 hours of video to show they never came. Camera in the area, they said they delivered it attached. Plus, we have a ring door bell, not to mention we had another worker at the house all day long to verify that no one showed up on 12/5 at any time that day. Filing police report with state police if don't get furniture by this coming Monday. I already talked to NY state police about this, and they stated they would be more than happy to take a report."
