UPS Customer Center

"Delivery driver from the Sparks MD Distribution center lied about an attempted delivery. Calling UPS customer service has yielded zero results. Cannot even submit an online claim because the "package is out for delivery". They claim the business / location was closed, but that's not true. UPS is a bully, and makes it hard to reach. someone to complain."

"Had a driver come out 3 days in a row and have out right lied about knocking on the door or even ringing the bell I even signed up for the text after they claim no one was home the first time I’m extremely upset and annoyed that they didn’t even at least leave it at a near by center let alone I can even speak to a real person concerning my issue ups have gone down hill beyond pissed"

"Update: I just received video this morning from neighbor ring camera of the delivery person putting package down, taking a picture, picking it back up and leaving my building.I called UPS to provide this footage and no resolve, so I will be filing a police report and providing this footage. On my birthday I was expecting to receive my iPhone & sim activation from T-Mobile that was to be signed for. UPS sent me a very blurry image of what could be a door at any of the buildings here as they have same layout and apt#.I work facing the only entrance to my building and also saw no Ups vehicles pull up nor did the dog bark that alerts me at the slightest noise and no neighbors were home.I have also left packages while out of town for weeks on end and no one has ever touched them yet they tried to convince me it was stolen but I saw no one even enter my building from UPS, AND it was supposed to be signed for ! I was told I would receive a less blurry image of the delivery and they could gpa track what building it was left in and I never received either one!"

"This UPS major (but awful) regional depot customer counter is inexplicably closed from 12 to 4 every weekday afternoon, a rude shock, not just for me but the 7 others who came all the way to Sparks on a cold rainy afternoon just before Christmas. Not happy."
