"This Rite Aid is very close to my home. The staff members are always very nice. The pharmacy staff is excellent! I wish more people appreciated them, as they don't know what they have to deal with on a daily basis."

"There’s one pharmacist of Asian descent with great customer service. He honestly goes above and beyond, everyone else can take lessons from him. It’s slow, there’s no follow through with anything and often looks of disdain. I can’t believe how disgusting it is here."

"This is the worst drug store I have ever used. They never pick up the phone, constantly have to call several time's. They always have to order your medication when you try to get a refill, which always takes at least three days. If your doctor prescribes a new medication, you won't be able to pick it up that day because they will say there backed up. I live with in a mile from this Rite Aid and I switched to a new pharmacy eight miles away because they are so bad. I have tried for several days to have them send my prescriptions they have o file to new pharmacy and they haven't done it. I can totally understand why they were sued fir things and talking about declaring bankruptcy. 8"

"We were looking for certain products for my dads blister. The staff in the pharmacy was short and overly rude. The staff in the rest of the store were ok, not really helpful or knowledgeable. They were however sorry for our aggravation, and their inability to help."

"I came here to get my passport photo taken. The printer was not working properly but when they did get it fixed the cashier (Madison) gave the photo's for free."
