"Dropped off a prepaid package worth $180. Was told to put it in the bulk bin in the post office. 2 weeks later and it hasn't been scanned in. So, I'm clearly out $180."

"Constantly missing mail and getting the wrong mail,including certified court documents. Additionally,my house is on a dead end road with no posted speed limit.there are only 6 houses on this road and i happen to live in the second house from the end.THERE IS NO REASON TO DO 40 -50 MPH PAST MY HOUSE!!!!its literally 100 feet till the end of the road,she only ever slows down when she actually brings me my mail every 2-3 days."

"I have never been so disappointed with the USPS. The General Manager is not knowledgable as to USPS Guidelines. The same manager took 10 minutes to find contact information for his Direct Line Supervisor. When I asked how I could reach the District Supervisor, I was told to reach out to "a Congressman". This location is a detriment to the entire USPS."

"Packages sit at the PO only being delivered days late because of “carrier delays”. I’ve seen our carrier literally toss packages out of the truck into our yard next to the mailbox or out of the truck to my garage. They’ll deliver mail and not take the mail that needs to go out. Just all around lazy."

"Not very friendly at all in office. Went to complain that no one drives up our drive to leave packages or certified mail delivery she. We are home.was informed they do not need to if drive is over .25 mile. Ours is .10 just lazy delivery people. So They try to shove and balance in top of our mailbox. And then I have to make a trip to post office for certified mail when they never really attempted to deliver. And we are constantly getting others mail including checks they've ordered and even if I put return to sender they don't take it out of mail box"
