"Clean, rational layout of aisles. Big bonus is the Self-Scan checkout system they have had for several years. When entering, scan your Giant rewards card and pick up a hand scanner. Scan your purchases as you load your cart, then at checkout, just scan the display on the scanner. No more unloading the cart and rebagging. No more arguing with the stupid software in the self-checkout kiosks. Nice restrooms, too, right up front."

"Do not use the online direct pickup service so unorganized that the manager wouldn't even talk to me about a problem. The store is great I just will never use the online ordering again. They cancelled my order without notifying me, and like I said they didn't have the courtesy to let me know, and they never took it out of my bank account looks like I was getting charged for anyway"
"When we are in the area we love this Giant. They have scan-it that allows you to scan everything in your basket as you pick it up. When ready to check out just scan your giant card and pay. Saved so much time. Also we use the Volta charger which is free when you shop."
