"I work in the trucking business to help our truckers get paid as fast as possible to keep them operational. I was merely inquiring for a certificate of insurance (not a big deal you would think) and was met with such aggression, unprofessionalism, and even being accussed of nonsensical things. This agency isn't even aware that they work with National Indemnity Company - Risk Placement Services underwrites policies through them. The sheer disrespect and aggression for such a simple request because they had no idea what they did with this policy and with whom. Uncalled for and higher ups have been notified."
