"Dr. Prust is very good, I recommend her. Do not get your blood drawn there. The blood tech is absolutely loud, rude and rough! They need to get a new blood tech. She bruised my arm and dropped the vial. Very unprofessional."

"I had a visit with Dr. Prust as a new patient a week ago and there was supposed to be a prescription sent. However it’s been over a week and after many phone calls still no answer. Additionally, the receptionist or nurse, whoever it was who finally answered, was extremely rude and unwilling to offer any help. However, Dr. Prust is very nice. I just can’t overlook not receiving a prescription for over a week and no end in sight."

"As a new patient who was referred by an existing patient I was unsatisfied with the customer service recieved today at my visit. When I arrived to the Beltsville location to see Dr. Wilson I was told that she was in the Silver Spring location today. I was shocked to find this out at my appointment when I was informed that I would be seeing her at the Beltsville location when I initially made the appointment and even the voicemail I received days earlier said I would be at the Beltsville location. Needless to say I wasn't seen by a physician and the lady wanted to reschedule me but I will not be returning. Thank you for absolutely NOTHING!"

"A very clean and modern medical office! The front desk and nursing staff are very kind and patient. There is free Wifi available for guests; the password is at the front desk on a business card. Dr.Hussain saw me on-time at my scheduled appointment time. I was in the waiting room for less than five minutes! She really listens to what I have to say and I was very happy with my visit."
