"I have several Amazon returns and don’t always feel like driving into Frederick to do this. When I saw there was somewhere in Brunswick I was pleased. I called to make sure they took returns and they do (with some restrictions). That’s fine, it is what it is, but why I’m writing this review when I haven’t even gone yet is because of the customer service I already received from Katy. She was extremely helpful with suggestions and helped me navigate on Amazon for a particular return. If her phone service is any indication of the service I’ll get once in the store then I know I’ll be happy. Thank you Katy, I just thought you should be recognized."

"Usually I don't waste my time with reviews but when something really gets under my skin I make sure I get my moment if you're thinking about doing a UPS drop off shipping say for like a Amazon return don't waste your time with this place if you bare with me I'll explain my experience. I walk in the gentleman behind the counter was apparently on a personal call on speaker he then proceeded to take the call off speaker and didn't even bother asking if I needed any assistance so I patiently waited for him to end the call but instead he gives me a dirty look like what is it that I want and expected me to talk over the phone conversation he was having i then proceeded to tell him I needed to drop ship a return package through UPS he stood there and just looked at me and i guess expected me to read his mind I then proceeded to show him my QR code for the return information he then proceeded to point at a small sign on the counter stating that they don't accept QR codes and the sign continued to describe some ridiculous process you must go through to drop ship a package note at this point this gentleman and I use the word loosely still hasn't said a single word other than still having a phone conversation at this point I've had enough gave the guy a thumbs up with sarcasm while I walked out worst customer service ever I'll take my business elsewhere i avoid that kind of toxicity like a plague."

"The Google listing and UPS website indicate the business is open until 6:00PM and packages can be dropped off until 5:30. The business closes at 3:30 during the week according to the sign on the door. There’s also a UPS sticker on the door for a missed pickup attempt at 3:05, indicating the business wasn’t open even then."
