"I experienced poor customer service from a supervisor today by the name of Chris at Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store National Harbor. He became annoyed as I was asking simple questions about my exchange. Instead of simply answering my questions, he became very short with me and spoke in a rude and condescending manner. Chris displayed unacceptable behavior for someone in a supervisorial role."

Check on the website At National Harbor location said NOT TOO BUSY Yat this time Whaat????? No one like to check on merchandise really!!!! Just called Hagerstown one been told this location has it. I’m sure there is enough ppl working at this time and location. Manager if you read this please hire someone to help customers in needs!!!!! Will call Leesburg one and see if they would be more helpful, not at NH location what a disappointed and mad."
