"This used to be my favorite place to work and shop for my son. It's been awhile since I worked for this organization and I used to work under a different management, and I know we used to run a tight ship. We had to make sure customers were greeted and make sure they head help throughout the store, we wore walkie-talkie so we can properly communicate and ID badges with our name on them. There was always somebody on the floor. After management was rearranged this store has fallen short. Today I came in the store the first time in a long time. When I was checking out the cashier had her back to me on the company laptop. I had to purposely drop the hangar on the counter so she would notice that I was there. I knew that I could not combine a coupon with doorbusters, but just to test the manager I asked her was everything a doorbuster that I had. She replied, I don't know. As if she did not know her own stores promotions. Not only where the signs confusing, the store was a complete and total mess!!! Dirt everywhere, the tables were thrown all over the place. Only reason why I was in there is to do a gift return and purchase. If it wasn't for that I would never sit back into THAT carters again"

"This store is clean and well lit. The aisles are very narrow making it hard to navigate with a stroller. I came to pickup an online order and took over 15 minutes for them to locate the package."

"This is an average children's store, but they do not carry Stride Rite shoes for the children. The store used to be a complete Avenue for children. However they seem to carry a less variety. I do love the clothing for children. I just wish they would bring back the shoes so that you could do one stop shopping."

"The customer service wasn't good overall. It was a back and forth to different counters or sides randomly. Also, the prices were a bit pricey. No great sales like usually when I go there. Cute kid clothes, but the store needs to dedicate a section. To Toddler boys like they do girls. It's very difficult to find 2T through 5T boys. Spent $150 on a hand full of clothes. Kids especially little boys go through clothes too fast for Carter prices."
